This Privacy Policy outlines how EideTech ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when using EideTech, including when authorizing through https://twitchtoken.terrance.cc.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Discord Data

EideTech collects the following data from Discord:

• A list of User IDs for Bot Admins associated with their respective Guilds.
• Message IDs related to live notifications, stored temporarily for up to 48 hours.

No other data from Discord is stored by EideTech.

2.2 Twitch Tokens

When you connect your Twitch account via https://twitchtoken.terrance.cc, we collect and store your OAuth2 tokens securely. These tokens are used to perform actions such as moderating users, managing broadcasts, and creating notifications within the Guild where the token was authorized.

3. How We Use the Information

• Discord Data: The data collected from Discord is used to manage EideTech’s functionality within the respective Guilds.
• Twitch Tokens: Tokens are used to execute commands related to Twitch channels, such as moderating users, managing broadcasts, and creating live notifications.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement reasonable measures to protect it. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data due to the inherent risks associated with online data storage and transmission. In the event of a data breach where both the client secret and the tokens are compromised, we are not liable.

5. Data Retention

• Discord Data: Message IDs related to live notifications are stored for a maximum of 48 hours. User IDs for Bot Admins are retained as long as they remain authorized in their respective Guilds.
• Twitch Tokens: Tokens are retained for as long as they are needed to perform EideTech’s functions within the Guild.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. To do so, please contact me via Discord. See section 9 for information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through Discord, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy will be amended accordingly.
