This policy outlines the terms and conditions when adding or using any of the Bots listed below on a server. This policy does not override any Discord terms.

Definitions

Bots and Services

This policy applies to the following Bots.

This policy also covers any Associated Service hosted on the following domains.

Data Collection

We collect data under various circumstances as outlined below.

Data Collected by User Commands

When a User interacts with a Bot via commands, data may be collected and temporarily stored. By providing this data, Users waive any claims to it.

Automatically Collected Data

Some Services collect data automatically to enable core functionality. This data, such as Server permissions and members, is stored in the Bot's cache and is not retained long-term.

Data Collected via Authorization

Associated Services may use Discord Oauth2 for login, collecting data outlined on the Oauth2 Authorization page. This data is stored temporarily in Redis.

Purpose of Data Collection

Data is collected to operate the Services and gather usage analytics.

Data Sharing

We do not share data with third parties, except when required by law.

Data Storage

Data is stored on secure infrastructure, typically in databases like PostgreSQL or Redis. Despite our security efforts, absolute data security cannot be guaranteed.

Data Retention

Data collected via commands is stored as long as the Bot instance is running. Exceptions include analytics data, stored indefinitely, and event-based data.

Data Rights

Under Intergalactic Law, you may request a copy of your data or request its deletion by contacting us at [email protected] or through our Discord Server. We will respond within 30 days.

Feedback

By submitting feedback, you agree that we may use it in any way, and you forfeit any rights to its content or intent.

Agreement

By using our Services, you agree to this policy. Server Managers must inform Server Members of this policy. If you disagree with these terms, you may remove the Bots or leave the Server and revoke authorization in Discord's "Authorized Apps" menu.
